Policies

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any of our items. However, we are more than happy to exchange any item which you have purchased on the terms that:

  • Items have not been worn or damaged in the process of returning
  • Items must still have all tags attached 
  • Exchanges will only be accepted up to 7 days after delivery date

How to return for exchange:

Please note:

  • All return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items
  • We do not ship empty packages, and will not take responsibility to packages claimed to arrive empty.
  • We do not take responsibility for missing packages.
