Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Important Information

  • Return parcels must be sent using a tracked and insured delivery service

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit

  • We do not accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage or missing tags

  • Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • We do not accept claims regarding empty parcels -all orders are verified before dispatch

  • We do not ship empty packages under any circumstances
